Is it possible to allow customers to fill in their shipping info during payment?
My ideal flow would be:
If customer has shipping address on file, no prompt to fill in address.
If customer does not have shipping address on file, prompt to fill in address at time of checkout. Once payment is submitted, shipping address is automatically updated in client file.
I’ve had several occasions now where I’ve had to reach out after the sale to request shipping info. Would be amazing to not have to worry about that. And would come off as much more professional.
What say you?
