sent quotations and invoices are not appearing normally, clients feedback is that a majority of the information is missing, clarified by staff, what would cause this issue? only a recent problem

Just to confirm, is this an Android? It looks like a recent Android update may have broken pdf.js
To give some background, android does not support displaying PDFs in the browser, they use a dedicated app to show the PDFs, we detect these devices and use a javascript library to render the PDF so that the client can stay in the portal. We may have to change this behaviour.
