Customer Complaints: Unforeseen Change from Comma to Period as Pre-Payment Separator

Hey, I’m not sure if this issue has occurred before, but our customers are complaining that they now have to enter a period (.) instead of a comma (,) as the separator in the pre-payment section. Any idea why that is?


On the payment page, everything looks fine again and works properly with a comma.
