Created Quote Template - Send button does not work with it? Yet works with original templates

I have created an estimate template, and it displays well in invoice ninja, but the send button no longer works with my template. What could be the issue?

Are you using the hosted version on the web? The latest hosted release is v5.6.19-C123 so I’m surprised by your version.
