Contact name in email

Hi,
In my email layout I have added $contact.

But if there is a new contact added to the customer you can select the new contactperson details to the invoice but this doesn’t alter $contact so the email is still addressed to the first initial contactperson added.

I noted it it sent to the right email, but $contact still is the ‘initial’ contact name.
