Hey guys, My clients cannot seem to add a payment method inside the client portal. I tried to do so myself and I get the following error
{"message":"You are not authorized to view or perform this action"}
There is nothing in the logs, and I cannot find anything online and on this forum to fix the issue. Are my settings wrong or do I need to change anything on the server?
I just had something similar happen to one of my customers… When entering her bank info the ‘authorize account’ button would not function… Any ideas? I am not self hosted. This is a new account and this was going to be the first transaction.
