Client portal button doesn't work

See screenshot. Clicking on the Client Portal button there doesn’t do anything.


Are you using the web app or the desktop app?

Does it help to select the details tab and then click “View portal”?

Yes, the VIEW PORTAL button on the details tab does work.

I checked a bunch and none of them worked.
