Client Portal - Add additional client to contact

Hi, I added the same email address as a contact on a dozen clients and all are viewable when this contact logs into the client portal, but adding this contact to additional clients does not appear to make these clients accessible in the dropdown in the upper right corner of the client portal.

Any ideas how I can add these additional clients to a contact’s client portal?

The logic for that particular dropdown links clients with the same contact email address.

Just to note, if a session is already registered, you would need to log out and back in again to see the updated list.

Hmm, the user says they tried that. I see all companies listed when I choose Copy Link below the contact then open said link in a private window, let me touch base with the user.
