Is it possible to set a project’s status manually so done or something else?

Projects don’t have a status in the app.

What’s that in the 3rd column?

The only values for that field are active, archived and deleted.

The column should probably be called “Entity State” instead, I’ll look into it.

Just for information: I just defined a drop-down-menu-custom-field as a project-status. That works fine. Maybe I’ll start a feature-request on GitHub to add a coloured drop-down-menu for other status. That could improve that even more.
