Can't use desktop app - randomly changes to uppercase and full stops turn into >

I just got the Windows desktop app, and it seems immediately broken.

When I start typing my email, after the @ it starts typing in uppercase and when I try to use periods/full stop, they just turn into “>”

I can’t enter my password properly as a result because the password just types all in uppercase, even when I am entering everything in lowercase.

Why?

Hi,

This problem is caused by the framework we’re using. It should be resolved in an upcoming release of the app. You may be able to copy/paste to workaround it.
