Cancel is very confusing

Hi,

I use the tasks section quite a bit. When I need add a task I enter the details and save the tasks. Then I want to go back to the previous menu, there is no back option. There is the save and the cancel. While I can either cancel after save or click on the Tasks button but I believe that this could be handled more gracefully if there is an actual “back” button somewhere so that the user does not feel like she is canceling anything while trying to go back to the previous window.

Hi,

Agreed. We plan to change ‘Cancel’ to ‘Close’ when there are no changes on the form (ie. after saving a record).

Maybe ‘Back’ is better, either way we’ll look into it…
