[BUG Report] Recurring Expense Screen - Add/Create new vendor

v5.3.39 Self hosted behavior is in both the desktop app as well as web version.

When creating a new Recurring Expense, I am unable to create a new vendor from within that screen. Clicking the + button next to the vendor field first crashed the desktop app, but now does nothing in both the web version and desktop version.
