Add late fees retrospectively

Describe the bug

I see that late fees can be added automatically by a reminder, but we have an old invoice where we would like to manually add those late fees. I though if I set late fees for the second reminder and manually issue a second reminder it would add them, but it does not.

Steps To Reproduce

set late fees for a specific reminder
manually issue that reminder

Expected Behavior

late fees are applied

I think you’d need to add them manually
