I’m trying to add the label CIF (VAT number in Spanish) before the actual VAT number value, but it’s not as easy as expected. Is there anyway to achieve this?

The only thing I can think of is writing down the word "CIF: " in the HTML part, but that obviously doesn’t work because I cannot choose the word to be located before the VAT number itself, but before all the client details.

You could just go to Settings → Company Details and put “CIF: ES999999999” into the VAT Number field. That trick works for Email and Phone as well. For Website it works too, but if you have enabled the client portal there is a drawback though: On the login page to the client portal below the Login button there is a link which points back to the company homepage. This link will be distorted to “http://Web: www.company.com”, or whatever label you would use for “Web:”. Email templates seem to all cope with this correctly, even with a Website label.
