Add Group Info to quote/invoice

Is it possible to add Group designation to a quote or invoice? For instance in the Billing section quote would show:

Client Name
Client Group

If this is possible can someone please ELI5? I’m not good with html. Thank you.

Wouldn’t it be possible to accomplish this using one of the custom fields on the invoice?
