500: There was an error generating the PDF with Phantom JS

Hello, I open this conversation, since I am having the problem of not being able to see the pdfs and I get the error “500: There was an error generating the PDF with Phantom JS” and therefore I cannot send emails of invoices or payment notifications by mail.

I was looking in the forum and I saw similar problems, but I could not find the solution, I did some other tests like doing an export and doing a clean install and importing the json file but the problem is still

I hope you can please help me to solve this.

Hi, this is what it shows me in the log file, I put it in an evernote note as it was too long to paste here

Please inspect the logs in storage/logs/laravel.log

My feeling is that your file permissions are incorrect.

What exactly do you mean by inspecting the records and about file permissions.
The link to Evernote that I posted above are from the laravel.log file.

I just updated my system and I have the same issue. It is only affecting the quotes. Invoices are working fine.
